Q: How do I request a service call?
A: Through our Work Order System, Angus. If you do not have access to this, please contact the Management Office.

Q: What do I do when my office is too cold or too hot?
A: Through our Work Order System, Angus. If you do not have access to this, please contact the Management Office.

Q: Where can I park?
A: There is a public garage located at 30 Rowes Wharf.

Q: Can I bike to work?
A: Yes. We offer bike parking on the First Level of the Garage.

Q: I am sensitive to the light; how do I request an adjustment to my lighting?
A: Through our Work Order System, Angus. If you do not have access to this, please contact the Management Office.

Q: Can I bring in a coffee maker or other appliances?
A: Yes.

Q: Where can I smoke?
A: Jones Lang LaSalle provides a smoke-free environment for its tenants and their visitors. Smoking is prohibited on the property.

Q: I work after the building’s normal hours, how do I request lighting, heating and/or air conditioning?
A: Through our Work Order System, Angus. If you do not have access to this, please contact the Management Office.

Q: How do I schedule pick-up, deliveries and moves?
