CONTRACTORS' INSURANCE

Prior to commencing any Work in the Building or premises, and throughout the performance of the Work, each Contractor shall obtain and maintain insurance in accordance with Addendum A attached hereto. Each Contractor shall, prior to making entry into the Building, provide Landlord with certificates that such insurance is in full force and effect.

Please note that Rowes Wharf is a large complex that is made up of various entities. As such, each of the entities must be listed as additional insured exactly as they appear in Addendum A, with respect to Contractor's work in any portion of the Building or premises.
